Yes, our welded jewellery can be removed. Simply cut it off with a pair of sharp scissors. Just keep the chain safe because it can always be re-welded back on in the future.
No, not at all. A piece of leather sits between the chain and the skin, and the spark only touches metal (it won't spark on anything other than metal) and you will be required to wear a pair of protective glasses.
Minimum age of 10, under 16s a parent or legal guardian must be present. ID may be required.
They are permanent and can stay on for years. However, they are subject to wear and tear and could come off if caught or snagged. We will re-weld free of charge if your jewellery comes off within 6 months of being attached.
We use only non-magnetic 9ct gold, sterling silver or gold-filled chains, which will not set off airport security.
Yes, just remember to rinse with clean, fresh water after swimming in the pool or sea to remove any chemicals.
We recommend booking, especially at busier times (Saturdays and school holidays). However, we will always try to accommodate walk-ins.
Please note: Your appointment will last approximately 20 minutes per person, so if you're coming with a friend, remember to book 2 consecutive appointments.
