Returns Information

We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase however, if for any reason you need to return your item, our refund and exchange policy is below:

 

All returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please email us at chat@sarahlayton.co.uk for the returns form. Any requests made outside 14 days of receipt of goods will be accepted at the discretion of Sarah Layton. Sarah Layton will exchange or refund items purchased online provided they are unworn and in a saleable condition. All returned goods must arrive with their original packaging and labels attached. Any items returned without their original boxes and/or with the non-return label removed will not be accepted.

 

Extended Returns - Items purchased from 5th November 2024 until 24th December 2024 may be returned up until Sunday 12th January 2025 (standard conditions apply).

 

SALE ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE

In case of damage, we are only liable provided notification is made within two days of delivery. Please keep all packaging. All items returned as faulty will be subject to inspection. Items deemed to be subject to general wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.


Refunds: Unwanted items will be refunded in full (less the full cost of the subsidised outbound postage). We do not credit back the return postage cost.


Exchanges: For an exchange of products there will be a postage & packaging charge as we have to create a new order. If the value of your replacement item differs from the original, we will either refund the difference or ask you for the additional funds as appropriate.

We advise all customers to check items received carefully before removing any labels and before disposing of any packaging. Items with the non-return labels removed will not be accepted.


For hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange or refund any earrings or pierced products. 


Any cancellations or refunds authorised will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation.


Please note: You are responsible for the return of any items. We cannot accept responsibility until the item has been delivered to us. For this reason, we advise you to get proof of postage and recommend you send the item using a tracked or recorded delivery service.
